Hey, I'm Logan Ullrich

I rowed my way to an Olympic silver medal in the Men's Four at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Before and after that, I've spent my college years in America at the University of Washington, competing for IRA  championships and gaining some incredible experience along the way.

I am really excited about sharing the knowledge I have gained

I've learned heaps over the years, both in NZ rowing and the competitive US collegiate scene, and with this experience I'm eager to help other rowers reach their goals.

Mentoring and one-on-one Coaching

There are a number of options for rowing coaching out there. What makes DRIVEN different is I am able to draw on my experience as an elite rower who has also navigated the USA college pathway. With this experience, I am offering coaching and mentorship to any rower who is looking to progress in the sport through personalized training programs and mentorship.

Erging has been a passion of mine throughout my rowing career, and I’ve spent each year figuring out how to better my scores. With knowledge from some of the best coaches in the world and my own proven strategies, I know how to help you achieve your personal best on the erg.


8 Week 2k erg program

I am currently offering an eight week highly specified program with one goal in mind, to improve your 2k time. I will work with you each week by guiding you through the programed workouts that will be tailored specifically to your needs. This isn't just a list of workouts to keep you fit, this is a challenging program that will yield the results you want. Please note this program is not for everyone, consider your current training commitments. I only have a limited number of available spots, this is to ensure I am providing the best coaching possible.
